America the Beautiful

I had to post these amazing pictures that Levi took when we arrived in Utah, especially for those of you who have not experienced winter in these parts: here, we get plenty of sunshine and the temperature is pretty mild because we don't get much wind, thanks to the mountains that act as a barrier to the cold front. We do get a lot of snow, but there are plenty of snowplowers around and we don't run out of salt, like our British friends have after getting an unprecedented snowy weather with 22 inches of snow! More than 3,000 schools had to shut down and there was havock in the streets...according to the BBC.
