Nothing Cuter than a Child's Prayer

Seriously, there is NOTHING cuter than a child's prayer. Eve always prays for our family prayer before bedtime and it goes like this:

Levi (helping): "Dear Heavenly Father..."

Eve: "Dear Heavenly Father..."

Levi: "Thank you for..."

Eve: "Thank you for Xion and Ariah (her little friends)..."

Levi: "and..."

Eve: "and for Jacob (my friend Rachel's son)..."

Levi: "and for Daddy and Mommy..."

Eve: "and for Daddy and Mommy, and Sophie (her future sister) and Mia (her aunt) and Lili (her favorite cousin)..."

Levi: "please bless..."

Eve: "please bless us and our family...

Levi: "in the name..."

Eve (excitedly): "of Jesus-Christ, Amen!"

Keep in mind that she says her prayer in French, which sounds even cuter (no bias whatsoever!).

I agree about children's prayers. Especially ones in French!

Although Guy prays more often in German than in French, and that's pretty cute, too.

Josh will prompt him, but Guy will insist on the order. "Danke fur das essen"
"TAG!"
"Danke fur den tag"
"ESSEN!"
"Danke fur das essen."
"ESSEN!"
"Bitte segne das essen fur unz"
"TAG!"

It's pretty cute.
