One of Levi's mission companions (in the Marseille, France Mission) has remained a dear friend of ours. A few days before we were bound to fly out to France, he showed up to announce that he was engaged...and getting married the next day! We set all our packing aside to make sure we would be there: turns out we sold our car 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony, had Luke (Levi's brother) drop us off at Thanksgiving Point Gardens (great choice for a small private wedding ceremony, by the way), hoping that we would be able to hitch a ride home. It was insane, but so worth it! Dave's good friend offered us a ride to the dinner.
